次の日時はシステムメンテナンスのため、予約、取消、新幹線のQRチケット表示等ができません。
メンテナンス時間中にQRチケットで新幹線にご乗降のお客様は、事前にQRチケット画面を印刷または端末に保管のうえご乗車ください。
23:45頃～翌5:30頃：
10月29日（木）、31日（土）、11月2日（月）、4日（水）、5日（木）、7日（土）、8日（日）、9日（月）、11日（水）、12日（木）、14日（土）、15日（日）、16日（月）、18日（水）、19日（木）、21日（土）、22日（日）、23日（月）、25日（水）、26日（木）、29日（日）

※毎月第４水曜日の2:00～4:00は、ＥＸ旅パックおよび旅先予約の新規予約操作、マイページログインを伴う操作はご利用になれません。

On the following dates and times, due to system maintenance, you will not be able to make reservations, cancel reservations, or view Shinkansen QR tickets.
Customers using QR tickets to board or alight the Shinkansen during maintenance hours should print or save the QR ticket screen on their device before boarding.
Approximately 23:45 to 5:30 the following day: October 29 (Thu), 31 (Sat), November 2 (Mon), 4 (Wed), 5 (Thu), 7 (Sat), 8 (Sun), the 9th (Mon), the 11th (Wed), the 12th (Thu), the 14th (Sat), the 15th (Sun), the 16th (Mon), the 18th (Wed), the 19th (Thu), the 21st (Sat), the 22nd (Sun), the 23rd (Mon), the 25th (Wed), the 26th (Thu), and the 29th (Sun)

*From 2:00 to 4:00 on the fourth Wednesday of every month, new reservations for EX Travel Packs and destination reservations, and operations requiring My Page login will be unavailable.
